Those are the five quotes. Let’s go back and I’ll give you the answers and fun facts. Quote one. “Friends don’t lie.” This quote is said by the character Eleven on the show Stranger Things. Eleven is played by British actress Millie Bobby Brown. First of all, can you believe she’s only 16 years old. She was born in Spain, but her nationality is British. Millie Bobby Brown is deaf in one ear after being born with hearing loss. Her role as Eleven on Stranger Things was a huge springboard for her acting career. This breakout role earned her Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. When she took on the role, she didn’t realize she was going to have to shave her head but she went right along with it. Not only did she have to shave her head, she had her first kiss on the show when she had to kiss her co-star Finn Wolfhard. At the young age of 16 she already has her own production company, her own skincare line and she is the youngest person to ever be appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. She’s definitely on her way up.

Quote two. “Winter is coming.” This quote comes from this series Game of Thrones. “Winter is coming” is the motto of house Stark. The first time this line was used was by Ned Stark, the head of house Stark. This role was played by English actor Sean Bean. Before Game of Thrones, Sean Bean was widely recognized for his role as Boromir on the Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring. Bean has been married five times, has three kids and is even a grandfather. Sean Bean should not be confused with the quirky character Mr. Bean played by Rowan Atkinson. If you think that’s a ridiculous thing to say, it has actually happened multiple times when he’s received fan mail meant for the other Bean. And who would have guessed that this tough guy is afraid of flying. Supposedly during the filming of The Fellowship of the Ring, he would hike to their shooting location instead of going by helicopter with the rest of the actors. And he was in full costume when he made the hike.

Quote three. “Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose.” This line comes from the show Friday Night Lights. Coach Eric Taylor says this line. Eric Taylor is played by actor Kyle Chandler. Unlike most shows, Friday Night Lights was filmed on location. The only thing made for the show was the locker room. All five seasons were filmed in the Austin, Texas area. Peter Berg the executive producer required that the show be filmed in Texas. It has been reported that the actors never rehearsed their roles. They just went for it. The producers wanted the acting to be authentic. Actor Kyle Chandler and his family must have liked Texas because they left their Los Angeles home and bought 33 acres in Dripping Springs, Texas, where he’s even been a volunteer firefighter.

Quote four. “No soup for you.” Well, this line comes from the sitcom Seinfeld, and it is said by the Soup Nazi. Actor Larry Thomas played the Soup Nazi on the popular show. The character was inspired by a real life soup vendor in New York City. Supposedly the vendor made it known that he was quite offended, saying the whole Soup Nazi thing ruined his life and he demanded an apology. However, something good did come out of the Soup Nazi character. Actor Larry Thomas has used his celebrity status to help homeless shelters and soup kitchens. Larry Thomas was nominated for an Emmy Award for his guest performance on the show.

Quote five. “Rut Roh!” This quote was actually heard on two different shows. The very first show was The Jetsons and the second show was Scooby Doo. On The Jetsons it was said by the dog Astro. On Scooby Doo, it was said by Scooby himself. Both Astro and Scooby were Great Danes. Don Messick was the voice actor for both Astro and Scooby. Astro from 1962 to 1963, and Scooby from 1969 to 1996. Over the years, he voiced many characters in over 100 programs. When he was a young teenager, he taught himself the art of ventriloquism where he learned to do many of his voices. In 1944 when drafted into the Army, he took along his ventriloquist dummy and entertained the troops.
